What are the renter licence qualifications and requirements?

Motorhomes, campervans, cars, and commercial vehicles
Drivers must be aged between 23 and 85 years of age and the driver needs to have held a current non-provisional licence for at least 3 years.
International Drivers must present a licence issued in English, or a Driving Licence with an accompanying certified English translation, provided by a Consulate or other authorised body, or a current International Driving Permit. Our Premium Motorhome can NOT be hired on an International Licence. Our 12-seater bus may have restrictions per licence – contact us for details.
              

First time renter policy 
If you are a first-time renter and live within 125 km of the renting location and your booking is not associated with a corporate account, insurance replacement rental or campervan hire, additional identification and payment requirements will apply to your rental.  The renter will be required to produce;
• A credit card in the renter’s name, along with additional proof of address
• A driver’s licence with an address that matches the additional proof of address 

Additional proof of address documents may be any 2 of the following, dated within 3 months of the rental date;
• Property Lease Agreement
• Utilities Bill
• Telephone Account
• Letter of Employment
• Any Official Government Paperwork 
Renters will be required to pay a holding deposit by credit card at the rental counter of up to $1,000, regardless of the liability option selected, in addition to the cost of the rental.
